The documents below describe how we operate, how we protect your work, and how you can engage with TJH Media Publishing services.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TJH Media Publishing website and your TJH account. They describe what you may and may not do on the platform. If you have purchased a paid program, those programs are governed in addition by our Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the TJH website, registering for an account, or using any feature of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other policy linked from this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least sixteen years old to use this platform, and at least eighteen years old to purchase any paid program. By using the platform you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Submit content that infringes intellectual-property rights, defames any person, or violates any privacy right.
  • Upload malicious code, attempt to compromise platform security, or interfere with other users.
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform without our written permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or model weights from any part of our platform.
  • Use the platform to develop, train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial-intelligence model that competes with our offerings.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize any TJH-generated report, framework, or output without a written agreement.
  • Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or create accounts on behalf of someone else without authorization.

5. Our intellectual property

The TJH name, logo, website design, editorial frameworks, and proprietary publisher-profiling systems are owned by TJH Media Publishing and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for its intended purpose. Nothing on the platform transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of any manuscript, story seed, or creative material you submit. The terms governing your work are set out in our Manuscript Submission Terms.

For other content you post on the platform (for example, comments or messages to our editorial team), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content for the purpose of operating the platform and communicating with you.

7. AI-assisted features

Many platform features rely on AI-assisted analysis. You acknowledge that AI outputs are advisory in nature and may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information. You agree to use professional judgment when relying on any AI-generated material. See our Disclaimers for the full caveats.

8. Third-party links and services

The platform may include links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (such as payment processing or cloud storage). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties.

9. Modifications and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paying customers, in line with our Terms of Service.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms of Use, if required by law, or if continued service poses a risk to the platform or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, indemnification, and limitations of liability) will survive.

11. Disclaimers and limitations

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the free portions of the platform is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100). Liability caps for paid programs are set out in our Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TJH, its officers, employees, and contractors harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your use of the platform or your breach of these Terms of Use.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your home jurisdiction give you the right to bring a claim there.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted with a new effective date and, where appropriate, communicated by email or in-product notification.
